Payments and Accessing your Groovy Account (via the portal)
Payment is due immediately following receipt of your account update. If you choose to pre-pay for hikes you may not see an account update as these are only sent to those owing money.
Payment can be made by
- e-transfer using email: kadis@groovytown.ca
- cheque (to Groovytown Dog Lodge)
Logging into your Member Portal
You can log into your account at any time (see link above). Accounts are typically updated at the beginning of the following week so you may not see posts of the most recent hikes or payments.

If you have more than one dog, your username and passcode will be your first two dogs first names, in alphabetical order (e.g. fidosnoopy)
If there seems to be an error with your account please email your concerns as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem. Please provide as much information as possible (e-transfer date, cheque number, hike date, etc.).
